Terms of Service

These terms apply when you message @feedmyagent on Instagram or the Feed My Agent Page on Facebook, or use the Feed My Agent website and API (together, "the service"). The service is provided by Gyanchand Arvind Kumar Jain ("we"). By using the service you agree to them.

The service

You share posts with us. We save a copy to your private library, describe it with AI, make it available in your private agent feed, and run the flows you set up. The service is free. Each account can run up to 200 flows a day, and we may change limits or features over time.

Your account

  • You must be old enough to use Instagram or Facebook where you live, and at least 13.
  • Keep your library link, agent feed link, and API keys private. Anyone who has them can read your saves or act on your account.
  • You are responsible for the flows you create, including where your webhooks send data.

Your content

You keep any rights you have in what you send us and in what the service creates for you. You give us permission to store, copy, process, and transmit it only as needed to provide the service to you, including through the processors listed in our privacy policy.

Only share content you are allowed to share, and use what you save in line with the rights of the people who made it. Saving a post does not give you rights to it.

Acceptable use

  • Follow Instagram's and Facebook's terms when you use the service through them.
  • Do not use the service to break the law, harass anyone, send spam, or collect other people's personal data.
  • Do not try to get around rate limits, access other people's data, or disrupt the service.

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

AI generated output

Summaries, transcripts, takeaways, and skill files are written automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. Check them before you rely on them.

Availability and changes

We provide the service as it is and as available, without warranties. It may change, pause, or stop. Instagram and Facebook can also limit what we can receive or send.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, arising from your use of the service.

Ending

You can stop at any time. Send delete my data in the chat or use Settings in the dashboard to delete everything; see data deletion.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we update the date at the top of this page. Using the service after that means you accept the new terms.
