Privacy Policy

Feed My Agent is operated by Gyanchand Arvind Kumar Jain ("we"). It lets you send Instagram and Facebook posts to our account @feedmyagent and to the Feed My Agent Page. We save each one to your private library, describe it for your AI agents, and run the flows you set up. This policy explains what we collect, why, who processes it for us, and how to delete it.
What we collect
- Your messaging ID. The ID Instagram or Facebook gives us for your conversation with us, and your Instagram username when Instagram provides it.
- What you send us. Shared posts, reels, links, captions, and any note you add.
- Copies of shared media. The video or image of a post you share, where the platform makes it available to us.
- What we create from it. A transcript of a video's speech, a summary, topics, takeaways, and skill files.
- Website account. If you sign in with Google: your Google account ID, email address, name, and profile photo.
- Your setup. The flows you create, including any webhook URL you give us, API keys you create (we store only a hash), and a history of the flows that ran.
How we use it
Only to provide the service to you: save what you send, show it in your private library and agent feed, run your flows, answer your questions in the chat, and reply to you. We reply only to messages you send us, within the time window Instagram and Facebook allow. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or send you promotional messages.
Who processes your data for us
We use these companies to run the service. Each receives only what it needs for its task.
- Google Cloud and Firebase (United States): hosting, database, file storage, and Google sign in. Stores everything listed above. Firebase privacy
- Anthropic (Claude): writes the summary, takeaways, and skill files, and answers your questions about your saves. Receives the caption, your note, the transcript, and the image or frames sampled from the video. Anthropic privacy
- Groq: transcribes the speech in shared videos. Receives the audio track, up to the first ten minutes. Groq privacy
- Meta (Instagram and Facebook): delivers your messages to us and our replies to you, under Meta's privacy policy.
Webhooks you set up. If you create a flow that sends to a webhook, we send the save and its analysis to the URL you entered, such as your own server, n8n, Zapier, or Make. That service handles the data under its own terms. Remove the flow to stop it.
Who can see your saves
You, and anyone you give your library or agent feed link to. The links are long and hard to guess, but anyone who has one can read your saves, so keep them private. Nothing is public.
Retention and deletion
We keep your saves until you delete them. Send delete my data to @feedmyagent or the Feed My Agent Page, or use Settings in the dashboard, and we delete your saves, stored media, flows, and run history. See data deletion for details. Short lived records, like message delivery logs, expire on their own.
Children
Feed My Agent is not meant for anyone under 13, or the minimum age to use Instagram or Facebook where you live.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
